Who we are

SekretarAI is a speech-to-text and live translation platform built for halls, meetings, and front desks. This page explains how we handle data from visitors to this website — it does not cover data our clients process through their own use of the devices, which is governed by a separate data processing agreement with each client.

What data we collect

• Data you enter yourself in the demo request form: name, phone or email, comment, and area of interest.
• Technical data about your visit collected via analytics cookies (Google Analytics), if you give consent — for example the pages you visit, your device, and approximate location.
• Basic server technical data (IP address, access time) for site security and operation.

Cookies

The site uses:

• Necessary cookies — store your cookie choice and enable basic site functions (e.g. language selection). These are set regardless of consent, as they are required for the site to work.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — set only if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the site footer.

We keep form data for as long as communication about your inquiry continues, and for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention periods.

Sharing data

We do not sell your data to third parties. Form data is accessible only to the SekretarAI team. Analytics data is processed through Google Analytics, subject to Google's own policies.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, as well as to object to processing or withdraw consent. You can send a request to privacy@sekretarai.com.
